I had decided I needed a much larger place, and while passing Sky Country one day I saw Ingrid's sign and left her a message. Lo and behold, she called me right back - something I've found that most realtors don't do. Even though I've bought & sold several times before, LOTS had changed since the last time. Ingrid helped me thru with lots of patience. I ask a million questions; she was always there to answer them, make suggestions on what to fix, clean up, etc.
I have never worked with such a neat person. She was there for me when my dogs (I raise Great Danes) got out and I was 65 miles away at work. She rounded them up and got them back into the yard several times that day. She was there when I adopted my first horse, helping me unload her, giving me advice; she even showed/helped put up my first corral.
She took me around over and over again to find a new place, out here in Phelan. She was there when the movers showed up early and I was still working on the new place. She was there with a trailer when it was time to move the horses - I had two by then.
We have become close friends and I would like to thank Ingrid for all that she's done for me. I really love it out here on my Dreamcatcher Ranch.
